Starbucks

So I couple weeks back I sent an email to starbucks because I was very unsatisfied with my experience there. They didn't have green tea frapp. It happened TWICE!

so this was my very email. You can feel my asianess and cheapness. (:

Don't judge.

This not only happened once but TWICE.

Today I asked the barista that I wanted a green tea frappuccino and they said that they had ran out of the green tea ingredient. I would have been more understanding if this was told me to in the evening but what shocked me was that it was in the middle of the afternoon. I am not satisfied about how both stores ran out of a key ingredient. I think you guys should make sure that every store has all their ingredients all the time instead of running out in the middle of the day. You guys not having green tea as an ingredient is like Mcdonalds running out of cheeseburgers in the afternoon or Tim Horton's running out of hot chocolate. Please look into this problem because as a customer it causes me great inconvience and I question whether I should return to starbucks again. Thank you.

So they ended up mailing me 2 coupons. Any size, any drink. So I finally got the chance to use it. Got the largest size possible- venti. Oh gosh it was so yummy! I was going to complain about how long it took them to make my drink...but that's just crossing the line. TEEHEE! I have one more coupon left!
