Do you ever feel.....

Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, the other person doesn't notice it? You go through all the obstacles to do whatever, yet they don't appreciate it as much as you thought they would?

And there's that situation where you tried your best to make that one person happy, and there seems to be another person that did less than you, and they appreciate them better? It's actually such a piss off. Like you spend your time and crap, and it's just like "that's it? I expect a bigger thank you or a bigger reaction."

Well, I guess thats life. Whenever this happens to me, I don't want to do all these nice things to people cause they won't appreciate it. What's the point? They will always have another friend that will make them laugh harder, give them a better present or help them much better than me.
