Comparing my weaknesses to someone's strengths.
Comparing myself with others are not going to do anything except for bring me down.
If I want to make myself feel better, I have to change myself instead of always complaining, and stick with my words.
I keep on saying "I'm going to go running in the morning to get fit again" but it has never happened. I'm going to start trying, but I know I'm going to fail, but it's always good to give it a try.
The book One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest has a good example. Even though the main character knows he will not win the bet, he still does to teach his friends that giving it a try matters. So I'll still try to run, but me in the morning at 7 o'clock, is not a beautiful situation :)
